How we began and where we are today
First established in 2010, David started out by doing repairs at home, he fixed all sorts of home appliances, fridges/freezers, washing machines and vacuums. All in a bedroom used as a makeshift workshop, boxes started piling up and TV's were slowly creeping into other rooms. So in 2011, when David had enough money saved he decided he wanted to offer his services to all the people in Queens Park, so the first shop was opened, located at 79 Ford End Road in Queens Park. Engineer Marek joined the team in January of 2012, he specializes in Television repairs and is also Polish born and raised. The services were well received by the community of Queens Park, they made us feel welcome, which helped us gain confidence to move to a larger premises just across the road. In January 2012 we re-opened at our new location, still on Ford End Road, but now at number 28, this new location is three times the size of the first shop and allows for a larger selling floor. This means we have even more great bargains for sale.
From this new store we have two separate areas, sales and repairs. The engineers who offer their services have over twenty years experience each in electronic repairs. Originally from Poland they have taken their experience in working for large companies, LG and Fujitsu Siemens, and transferred the skills they have learned to The business, they specialize in Laptops, PC's and TV's and their experience ensures your electronics are always in capable hands.
Our chief engineer David has a degree in Electronics, which he studied in Poland, he also ran a chain of electronics repair shops for over 10 years. When he came to the UK he wanted to do something much bigger, currently his main focus is repairs, but his goal is to open a nationwide electronics recycling facility. With landfill an ever increasing problem, he wants to make sure their is a future in sustainable and safe electronics disposal.
